Vaeru · a Peppol Access Point · Expected H2 2027
Your invoices and orders, delivered across Europe.
Vaeru is a business document exchange: a Peppol Access Point built and hosted in the European Union, by Tinkhaven. Validated before it leaves, delivered to the right system, and never routed through anyone else's jurisdiction.
Why another Access Point
Belgium has required structured B2B e-invoicing over Peppol since 1 January 2026, and most of Europe is following. The question is no longer whether to connect, but through whom.
European, end to end
Operated by a Belgian company on infrastructure in the EU. A document for a customer next door does not cross an ocean on the way.
Checked before it leaves
Every document is validated against the full EN 16931 and Peppol BIS rule sets on the way out. A rejected invoice is found by us, not by your customer.
More than invoices
Peppol carries orders, order responses, despatch advices and catalogues too. Vaeru is built for the exchange, not for one document type.
Proven, not promised
Our security controls are checked by the build on every change, so what we say and what we run cannot drift apart. We are working towards ISO 27001.
Roadmap
The public plan. A stage is marked live when it runs in production, and nothing is called done before that.

live
The validation engine
Invoices and credit notes checked against EN 16931, Peppol BIS Billing and self-billing, with next season's rules run alongside as an early warning. In production today for our own use.
-
under construction
Accounts and the API
Companies as tenants, an API key per sending system, usage visible in a dashboard, and a free tier for small senders.
-
planned
Send and receive
A full Access Point on the Peppol eDelivery network: AS4 transport, participant lookup and registration, inbound documents delivered to your system.
-
planned
Certification
OpenPeppol membership, the conformance test bed, and an agreement with a Peppol Authority. No live traffic before every check passes.
-

Public availability
A free tier on shared infrastructure, and an enterprise tier with its own database and its own document store.
-
beyond
Beyond Peppol
Orders and despatch advice first, then other networks and formats: UBL and UN/CEFACT CII outside Peppol, EDIFACT, cXML. One exchange, whatever the standard on the other side.
